REGIONAL DIRECTORS

KESHAV C DAS, REGIONAL DIRECTOR - BUSINESS OPERATIONS
Keshav has over 6 years of experience in business strategies formulation, consulting, research and teaching in governance, sustainability, and climate change and has led advisory/consulting assignments of Ministry of Environment and Forests (MoEF), Ministry of DONER, Ministry of New and Renewable Energy, World Bank, ILRI, DEFRA, DFID and various reputed Indian and multinational business organizations. He has been advising state and private agencies in streamlining the green assets management and environmental sustainability. He has advised many reputed businesses in India involving Corporate Sustainability, Strategic and Regional Environmental Assessments, Clean Development Mechanism, Design of flexible environment regulatory instruments and Life Cycle Assessment. The salient once are large clean development mechanism projects in India; Sustainability Reporting advise to major corporations in India and Development of framework for Natural resource accounting in India. Keshav has supported pioneering carbon market projects successfully developing AR-CDM projects in south East Asia. Until 2007, Keshav headed climate change mitigation and adaptation research at the Global Warming Institute of Amity University, India and later joined the Delhi office of CantorCo2e. He now oversees business operations for CTG in India. Keshav did his doctoral research on formulation of strategies for Rural Infrastructure Development. He has chaired and participated in panel discussions organized by several national and international agencies, and is on the review panels of prestigious journals.

PHOOL CHAND, REGIONAL DIRECTOR - MARKET DEVELOPMENT
Mr. Chand has expertise in project management and assessing the behavior of complex industrial systems and their impacts on environment and ecology, through system dynamics models. Prior to CTG, he worked with CantorCO2e as a Senior Consultant and led many projects under the CDM and Voluntary Market in sectors like renewable energy, energy efficiency, waste to energy and biomass-based power generation. He has overseen business development and the origination of numerous CDM projects in various sectors. In his leadership capacity for CTG Mr. Chand is responsible for liaising with project developers and owners, and the expansion into emerging markets within South East Asia. He has a Masters in Physics and Systems Management.


CTG GLOBAL OFFICERS

NOAH GREENBERG, DIRECTOR, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Mr. Greenberg has worked with a U.S.-based biodiesel startup, one of India's leading renewable energy consultancies, and as an advisor to an international forestry company. More recently he worked in the Environmental Markets group at Environmental Defense Fund, a pioneer in cap and trade, where Mr. Greenberg lead research on carbon market design and oversight and played a key role in the economic analysis of cap and trade policy.

BRETT JACKSON, MANAGING DIRECTOR
Mr. Jackson has founded and led several technology companies. Most recently he served as Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer for Impact Channel, a distance learning and business media firm acquired by Omnicom Group (NYSE: OMC), where he acted as Senior Vice President following acquisition. His expertise is in organizational design, international project management, new product development, and emerging market growth. In his leadership capacity at CTG he oversees the organization's global strategy.

FRANK LAUCH, MANAGING DIRECTOR
Mr. Lauch has vast experience in new company starts, from financial analysis to operations and sales management. Prior to his involvement investing in and directing new starts, Mr. Lauch served as an analyst with Banc America Securities (formerly NationsBanc Montgomery Securities).
